Our Mission at Paulo is "To Help Our Customers Succeed".

Paulo's Strategy is simple: Provide high quality, service and productivity.

Our Objective is to exceed our customer's requirements.

We take responsibility for giving our customers the best quality and service possible.  Improving productivity and efficiency is an ongoing process at Paulo. We continually find and implement new ways and techniques to insure a better job.

As the instructional backbone of our quality system, we have PICS, our Production Information Client-Server System. PICS captures vital information about your parts, it helps us run your parts properly, and helps us reduce variation in our process – all to deliver a product that exceeds your needs at no additional cost to you.

Accreditation  Description

ISO/TS 16949:2002

Created by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF), ISO/TS 16949:2002 represents the technical standard requirements of the major automotive manufacturers around the world. What sets ISO/TS 16949:2002 apart from the previous ISO and QS standards is the requirement to continually measure, monitor, and improve, with an emphasis on preventing defects and reducing waste throughout the supply chain.

ISO9001:2000

The ISO9001:2000 quality system model is the new benchmark for quality management systems.   Paulo was one of the first commercial heat treaters in the U.S.A. to attain ISO9001:2000 registration, affirming our adherence to the highest quality standards.   Among the cornerstones of ISO9001:2000 is a greater emphasis on customer satisfaction, management responsibility, and measurement of the organization's performance for continuous improvement.

HTX

HTX is a Ford manufacturing standard for control of heat treating processes and equipment. The standard defines the requirements for the type and frequency of process monitors, lab controls, and in-process tests, as well as the operation of heat treating equipment and the maintenance of related records.

Nadcap

The National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program was developed in cooperation with DOD, SAE, and ASTM to certify and accredit suppliers via a third-party audit program. Accreditation is meant to assure a quality product, process and service through total quality management.

AS9100

AS9100 covers the design, development, production, installation and servicing of aerospace components and assemblies. The new AS9100 standard is based upon ISO 9001:2000, and has some 83 additional requirements considered essential to ensure product, process and service safety and quality.
